Do I have to pay tax on my order?
Only if you live in Florida. Then you pay 6.00%

Do you accept credit cards, and if so, which ones?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Canadian customers note:
Credit cards are the preferred payment for Canadian orders, but MO (International) are also accepted. However, if mailing payment, this will slow down the shipping time due to the bank exchange issues. If sending payment, read next paragraph:

Can I mail my payment to you by check or money order?
Yes you can! Please note your order number (from the email you'll receive) on the check or money order. Orders paid by check are shipped after we receive your payment. If mailing from Canada - please send international money order.

Where do I mail the payment?

Please notify us via email that you will be sending your payment in, and we will tell you where to send your payment.

Can I pay for my order with PayPal?
Sure! You can use existing funds, an e-check, or a credit card through PayPal.

What is your Shipping/Handling Policy?
USA:
Our normal timeline is to process all orders within 3 business days after the payment is received unless something is out of stock. If an item in your order is on backorder, we reserve the right to hold your order until it comes in. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Do you ship UPS, USPS or both?
We ship most orders via USPS. If you would like UPS shipping, please contact us before you place your order to arrange alternate shipping. In some cases, UPS shipping is preferable, and if we believe it will serve you better, we will contact you to discuss changing your shipping method.

If you are overseas (APO/FPO) you should choose Priority Mail to ensure a reasonable shipping time from the USPS. First Class shipping overseas can take several months.

Can I view my shopping cart at any time?
Yes you can. Just click the link in the upper right-hand corner.

How do I delete an item in the shopping cart?
Simply check the box to the left of the item, then select "Update Cart." The page will re-load with the item deleted.

Are your shopping cart check-out pages on a secure server?
Yes! You can be assured that your shopping experience is safe and secure on Consultant Corner. Once you begin the checkout process you will be taken to a secure server location where all your information is encrypted.

What is your privacy policy?
Consultant Corner will never release any personal information including emails. All information you supply during ordering and/or by signing up for our newsletter will be used only by Consultant Corner to process your order and/or send you announcements of specials. You have the right to opt-out at any time from receiving newsletters and special announcements from Consultant Corner.

Can I track my order?
Yes you can! Simply sign in to your account then select the "View Order Status and History" link.

What is Email A Friend?
If you see an item you want to tell someone about just click on this button to email them a direct link to the product!

When will you have pre-orders for the new scents?
We will always offer the option to pre-order new scents 2-4 weeks before they are available to order. Watch the front page of our site, and also be sure to sign up for our newsletter so you will be notified when the pre-order is available.

Can I order custom buttons, cards, or stickers?
Yes, you can! We can create custom items using our graphics, or we can work with you to create a custom graphic. Please email us or use the "Contact Us" link above for information on custom orders.
